- No processed foods - Sticking to the OUTER isles of your grocery is a good rule to follow!
- Fresh WHOLE Foods such as veggies, fruits, WHOLE grains!
- No chemical preservative or additives- It is likely that if you cant read/pronounce the ingredient, you shouldnt be consuming it to begin with!
- GOOD Fats ONLY! Start reading labels everybody! Poly unsatruated fats and Mono unsaturated fats are GOOD fats. Say NO to Trans fats and Saturated fats!!!
- Stick to LEAN Protiens locally farm raised or organic when possible.
- Excluding dairy may not work for everyone but I have substituted Almond, rice or coconut milk for dairy and it's mmmm,mmmm, good! :)
