- Are you ready to put away the things that contirubute to your ailments/illness?
- Are you ready to fuel your body with good nutrition and excercise?
- Are you ready to feel the best you've EVER felt in your body?
- Are you ready to enhance your endurance, experience newfound agility?
- Are you ready to commit to being the best you can be?
- Are you ready for the results of hard work and dedication?
If you are ready for all these things, then tomorrow we PUSH PLAY!!!
For those of you who I have not had the pleasure to speak to directly about this first round of P90X, Please consider a few details...- If your bed is not on the ground level in your home... you might want to revisit that as the first 10 days you will have difficultly crawling the stairs to get in and out of bed! Good news is around day 10 the pain is less evident! :)
- If you do not have the income to support a new and much smaller wardrobe, you may want to consider opting out on things such as: dinners out, mani's, pedi's, lattes, etc!!!
- Definately take before and after photos and or measurements! You'll be amazed at the results if you stay committed!
- Lastly, dont set yourself up to fail. Start easy, take baby steps. For the first 30-60 days just do P90X workout DVD's. Then add the nutritional eat right element when it works for you.

In reflecting Day one of this 90 day journey, I thought I'd share a few words with everyone especially those that are new to P90X.
ReplyDeleteFirst and foremost, set achievable and realistic goals for your self. Practice the art of allowing by honoring that 10 reps or 7 for that matter might be the best you can give right now. THATS OK!!! Celebrate that its 7-10 more reps that you werent doing before today, right?! At we get to week two and three these regiments get increasingly easier. Dont give up to the thought that you should be able to do the number of resp that the video demonstrates. Those guys/gals are Pros!!! So, as Doc Tony Horton says... "Do your best and forget the rest!" I am eager to hear of everyone's first day!!! :D
i totally workout with a partner because the fellowship is amazing, helping on form and encouragement. My first was wonderful, my chest is a little sore but No Pain No Gain. Please give it a try if not for yourself do it for your love ones because with exercise and proper diet you will extend your life to enjoy a lot more of quality time.
